SDM Meta Read Key

K_SDMMetaRead of the carrier bound to the event's identifier, sealed (enc:a256gcm:<kid>:...). Decrypts the mirrored PICC data. One serial per event, or absent when the file-read key serves both purposes.

K_SDMMetaRead is a secret key; whoever holds it can forge PICC data. Sealed in the event, readable only by the verifier that holds the wrapping key.
