enumerationActor Role
Role an organisation or individual fulfils along the DPP life cycle, as enumerated by EN 18239:2026 4.2: economic operators and their sub-roles (oec:OperatorRole), the other value-chain actors (consumer, professional repairer, independent operator, recycler, market surveillance authority), customs authorities and DPP service providers - plus the notified actor of 3.6. Access rights to controlled DPP data are granted to these roles (EN 18239 5.2.7, 5.2.8, 5.2.23).
