Notified Actor

Organisation or individual entitled by an authorised accrediting body or authority to fulfil a role in the DPP life cycle (EN 18239:2026 3.6) - notified bodies and conformity assessment bodies in particular. The EO may assign rights and roles to notified actors by their globally unique operator identifier (EN 18239 5.2.6).
